Our jewelry repair and service center is fully staffed with trained professionals who can handle most jewelry repairs, from re-sizing your ring to fixing your gold chain or resetting your diamonds or other precious gemstones. We also offer watch repair and servicing. Here is a more detailed list of all services and repairs we offer:

• Pearl repair (including knotted restringing, restring without knots, drill pearl and glue pearl).  
• Platinum (basic and advanced platinum soldering/laser and ring sizing).  
• Chain repairs, laser/soldering (including advanced chain repair, basic chain repair, chain braiding with soldering, jump ring solder and charm soldering).  
• Clasp repair (including spring rings, fish hook, box clasp, lobster claw, box clasp and barrel clasp).  
• Engraving (including simple ring engraving and engraving setup, inside and out).  
• Earring repair (including soldering post, screw-back and post conversion, lever-back drop conversion and converting bracelet link to earring conversion).

Simple repairs may take 3-5 business days, but it is best for us to see the item and determine the repairs needed before giving you a cost estimate or a timeline.
