Just a note to say thank you for the manner in which you helped me with my wife's jewelry. Though very professional you were also very understanding of my situation. You and the staff there treated me with the utmost respect. Again, thank you and have a great Holiday season.

Last year my husband bought my engagement ring from Richter and Phillips. Art worked with him on the ring and it was not even a question as to where we would go for our wedding bands. The experience we both had with picking out my wedding band was exceptional! I stopped in there a couple times and every single time Art took my ring and cleaned it for me. He also helped in the process of taking my husband's deceased grandfather's wedding band and making it in the format I had asked. This was a surprise for my husband and Art definitely helped make this possible. Every time I walked into Richter and Phillips the customer service was top notch and each employee did an excellent job at making both of us feel important.

When I picked up the rings, and some other pieces of jewelry that I had cleaned, I was surprised to receive a wedding gift from Richter and Phillips. It was a very generous gift, and we were very appreciative of it.

I would highly recommend Richter and Phillips to any of my friends and family. My husband and I will definitely continue our loyalty with Richter and Phillips.
