Update (April, 6 2020): A note from Richter & Phillips Jewelers President, Rick Fehr:
Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we hope for a quick recovery for those impacted and for our city.
The health and safety of everyone in our Richter & Phillips community – customers, associates, partners, loved ones and neighbors – comes first. We are happy that we made the decisions we did these past few weeks.
Governor DeWine has announced that as of today all nonessential businesses should close to help protect our loved ones and assist in the quick elimination of the virus. Because of these updates, we are now temporarily closed with a tentative reopen date of Saturday, May 2nd.
We will be sending out additional emails and postings to Facebook, Instagram and to our website as to the status and timing of our reopening. Please check these out for updates.
We will no longer be present in the store on a daily basis. For emergencies or inquiries, please call, email or text any of us directly.

We have made the decision to postpone our upcoming events March – April, this includes our Engagement Ring & Diamond Sale as well as our Drinks & Diamonds Seminars.
While disappointed, the health and safety of our guests, vendors, and staff is our highest priority. We are following the lead of our city, state and federally elected officials, who have advised that large indoor events be rescheduled.
We plan to keep you up to date on any new details we have regarding the new dates for the events. We look forward to having you join us for our annual sale and other functions at that time.
