What is our Virtual Personal Shopping Experience?

Our Virtual Personal Shopping Experience connects you one-on-one with a real sales associate inside our shop. Selecting jewelry is a visual experience, so we use mediums such as FaceTime and real time text & video conversations to help you select the perfect piece of jewelry from the comfort of your own home.

What are my options for communication?

To keep this experience flexible, we have a few options for communication: E-mail, FaceTime, Phone Call or Text Message. We recommend beginning with text messages. Text messages offer a fluid, ongoing experience with video and photo visuals to ensure you enjoy the item you are selecting.

What are my options for payment?

We accept all major credit cards over the phone. When you opt in for curbside or in-store pick up, we can also accept cash or check.

How do I receive my items?

We make it easy by having a few convenient options.

1. Curbside or in store pick up. Schedule a time to pick up your item. We will run it out to your car. Utilize our prepay option to make pickup a breeze.

2. Home delivery. Available for a limited time, our Richter & Phillips Courier can deliver your item to you up to a 15 mile radius from our store. Home delivery is free and requires prepay.

3. Fast shipping via USPS. Out of our home delivery area? No problem. We offer free, standard shipping for items over $100 anywhere in the U.S.
