Our 15-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without engraving and in its original condition, within 15 days of the date purchased or the date of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

Should a Rolex Certified Pre-Owned (RCPO) buyer change their mind about their online purchase, they can return or exchange the watch and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. All returns or exchanges will incur a $500 recertification charge. Richter & Phillips Jewelers will refund the amount of the return minus the $500 recertification fee. Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
