Our 15-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without engraving and in its original condition, within 15 days of the date purchased or the date of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

Certain exclusions apply including special orders and pre-approved custom made pieces are not returnable.

Returned items should be sent directly to us, only after having contacted sales@richterphillips.com to notify us of your desire to return and refund.
