What Is a First Look Appointment?
The First Look is a private, 60-minute appointment with one of our dedicated Diamond Specialists. It's designed to help you explore engagement rings, compare styles, ask questions, and discover what naturally feels like you, all at your own pace.
Whether you know exactly what you want, or are starting with a blank slate, we'll meet you where you are.
No prior knowledge required. Just an opportunity to slow down, experience engagement rings in person, and enjoy the beginning of this special chapter of your life!
What Happens During the Appointment?
We'll start with a conversation about what you've been drawn to, or what you're still figuring out. Then, your Diamond Specialist will guide you through a curated selection of engagement rings, allowing you to compare diamond shapes, settings, metals, and styles side by side.

Either way, you'll leave with more clarity and confidence than when you arrived.

Not at all. The First Look Appointment was created for people who are just getting started. You don't need to understand diamond terminology or know exactly what you're looking for before you walk through our doors.

Our First Look Appointments are offered on Thursday evenings from 5–8 PM, giving you dedicated time to explore without feeling rushed.
