In 2020, Jordan Ficklin joined Cincinnati Watch Company as co-owner and in-house watchmaker, bringing years of experience and a shared commitment to American watchmaking.

He oversees the assembly, testing, and regulation of Cincinnati Watch Company timepieces, ensuring each watch meets the brand's standards for quality and precision.

Jordan is also a member of the watchmaking team at Richter & Phillips, creating a unique connection between two Cincinnati businesses with a shared appreciation for the craft.

A Dial Unlike Any Other

Handcrafted by watchmaker & dial artist Jordan Ficklin, Cincinnati Watch Company's bespoke cloisonné dials bring traditional artistry to modern watchmaking. Using fine gold wire and layers of enamel, Jordan creates intricate, one-of-a-kind designs inspired by art, Cincinnati, and beyond. Each dial is a miniature work of art, made entirely by hand.
