"While we were hiking, we started talking about all the things we were looking forward to — and I (Jen) mentioned getting engaged, buying a house, getting married, and starting a family. Then, being a little nosey, I asked him (Ben) when he was going to propose.

Without missing a beat, he said, “Right now.”

I was completely shocked. I kept laughing and saying, “No you’re not!” — but he was. He got down on one knee right there on the trail and asked me to marry him. It was the sweetest, most unexpected moment, and it couldn’t have been more perfect." - Jen
