"We met in Cincinnati, both students at UC! I was an opera singer at the conservatory of music, and he was in the chemical engineering program. We couldn’t have been more different, but we instantly clicked. Every moment together was full of laughter and fun; we fit into each other's lives so perfectly.

Jared started learning Polish for me because that's the language I grew up with and want to speak with our family. In that moment, I knew he was the one." - Matilda

"Our first trip together was to Savannah in 2021 and we fell in love with the city. Sebastian took me back for our 4 year dating anniversary and proposed to me right along the riverwalk. It was gorgeous and perfect! He then surprised me with getting all my friends and family to fly out there and surprise me after the proposal. I was SHOOK. "We have know each other since 1st grade and started dating our freshman year in high school. Before we could drive, we would get ice cream at Graters and then sit on Hyde Park square. Jeff told me I love you for the first time on the bench at the square and almost 9 years later he asked me to marry him on that same bench!" - Katie

"Nate and I had had a date in Ault Park where we sat for the sunset, ate a pint of ice cream and just talked, so I wanted to do that again before we headed to dinner. Little did I know, we were going to be walking up on a picnic setup, with roses, champagne, and Nate getting down on one knee, with our families hiding out in the woods behind us watching it all go down! "Once we started dating, it quickly turned into spending as much time together as possible. It became obvious early after we realized how alike we were and how much we enjoyed being together.

Jason told me he made reservations at Losanti for Saturday night. It wasn’t unusual because we love trying new restaurants and it had been on our list for a while. The day of he casually mentioned that we should get a drink at the Porch in Washington Park before. What I didn’t know was that Jason parents, his brother and my sister had all flown in! They were all hiding in the bushes at Washington Park.

When we got to the park we did a loop around and he got down on one knee in front of music hall! We then had a fun night celebrating with all of our family and friends." - Julia
